Non-Execution of Trades

  • M A Javeed does not execute or carry out any purchase or sell transactions on behalf of clients.
  • Clients are strictly advised not to permit the Research Analyst (RA) or its representatives to execute trades on their behalf.

Fee Limits and Payment Terms

  • Fees charged to individual and HUF clients shall not exceed limits prescribed by SEBI/RAASB.
  • Currently, the maximum fee is ₹1,51,000 per annum per family for research services combined.
  • This limit excludes statutory charges.
  • Fee limits do not apply to non-individual clients or accredited investors.
  • Fees may be charged in advance for a period not exceeding one year unless otherwise agreed.
  • In case of premature termination, clients will receive a pro-rata refund for the unexpired service period.
  • Acceptable payment modes include bank transfer, cheque, UPI, and other SEBI approved methods. Cash payments are strictly prohibited.
  • Clients may optionally use the Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM) managed by BSE Limited for secure payments.

Conflict of Interest

  • The Research Analyst strictly follows SEBI and RAASB regulations regarding disclosure and mitigation of conflicts of interest.
  • Clients will be promptly informed of any conflict that may affect research services.

Prohibition of Guaranteed Returns

  • Any schemes promising assured, guaranteed, or fixed returns are strictly prohibited.
  • The Research Analyst does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or risk-free investments through research services.

Market Risk and Loss Disclaimer

  • Investments in securities market are subject to market risks. Read all related documents carefully before investing.
  • Recommendations do not assure returns and investors must exercise independent judgement.
  • There is no right to claim compensation for losses incurred based on research recommendations.

Regulatory Registration and Certification

  • SEBI registration, RAASB enlistment, and NISM certification do not guarantee the performance of the Research Analyst.

Investor Safety Reminders

  • Make all fee payments only through official channels of the firm.
  • Use official bank accounts or authorized payment mechanisms such as CeFCoM.
  • Never transfer money to personal accounts or unofficial payment links.
  • Contact the compliance officer immediately in case of any doubt.

Security and Privacy Reminders

  • The Research Analyst will never request login credentials or OTPs for trading or bank accounts.
  • Clients must never share such sensitive information with anyone.

Optional Centralized Fee Collection Mechanism (CeFCoM)

  • CeFCoM enables investors to make secure payments to SEBI registered research analysts.
  • It allows investors to track payments made for research services.
  • Clients may request CeFCoM payment links directly from registered research analysts.
